MDL Issue

I am an issue with the MDL extension with Musescore 3. When I installed MDL it said it had a problem installing and then when I try to reinstall the program is says that Musescore is unable to delete old MDL files. I tried to do it manually but it just starts the process over again. I tried with 2 of my computers and had the same issue. Anyone know a fix?

Already tried uninstalling the whole program and reinstalling it.

Uninstalling and reinstalling seldom solves problems. Try using Help->Revert to factory settings. This should totally remove MDL and then you can try to reinstall that.
