Score licensing change?
I just uploaded a score -- there was no longer any way for me to choose the license the way there was for the other hundred and some scores I've uploaded.
Has there been a recent policy change? or is this a website issue?

Most probably this here is the wrong site for that question, as you uploaded to musescore.com, while here we're at musescore.org
