How to enter 3/2 time signature
I have been unable to find how to set the time signature to 3-2. There must be a simple place to do this, but it is escaping me.

Thanks, I got the time signature created on the master palette and entered into my score, but could not seem to get it into my local palette. but that's OK, since I can't imagine needing it again for a long while
