Can't access my account

I had a subscription with musescore, but whenever I try to go into my account, a popup tells me to update my account information. I want to instead cancel to subscription and use the basic version instead. However the popup has no 'X' button, so I can't change my account settings. How can I cancel my subscription?

P.S. Sometimes when I use a direct link (such as this case), I can do something on that page before the popup comes up. However, I may not be able to reply if my account continues to be blocked. Or I might be blocked just by musescore.com and not musescore.org.
