Timing of notes in broken chord
When the vertical wavy line symbol is inserted in front of a chord, it staggers the timing of the notes in the chord, so that they do not sound simultaneously. However, when the notes in a broken chord are individually selected, they each show the exact same timing, in terms of a decimal fraction of the beat. I request that the timing of each note be shown in terms of exactly when it is played in the broken chord.

I guess you are talking about the status bar? This is indeed for the notation. If you want to see and tweak info about the playback, right-click the staff and open the piano roll editor.

Thanks. For a broken triad, the values in the piano roll editor for "OnTime" are 0, 59, and 119. What are the units? Milliseconds?

1/1000's of the notated value. You know, you can control the time-spread of the arpeggiation in the inspector....
