Bottom of Musescore window often cutoff.
Often the bottom part of Musescore window is cut off. The palette search box and right pane tabs are covered by the Windows taskbar. The Window taskbar is set to be always visible. The application doesn't size the window properly. I am not sure how it occurs, but often I have to resize the window to access the rest of the right pane. In the image, I have the mixer, inspector and palettes all docked to the right pane.
OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.1.0.7066, revision: 0581c95

Windows 10 here also and I don't keep my taskbar visible. I've noticed the status bar disappears.

So far no problem with the official MS 3.1 in this regard.
