Generating subtitles from lyrics
I would like to know if it exists a plugin or a procedure for generating a subtitles file with the lyrics of a song included in a Musescore sheet. I'll like to reproduce with VLC the mp3 file generated from my sheet and would like to benefit from VLC ability to include subtitles in several formats.
It's not really for karaoke, but for training in an amateur choir, specially when dealing with foreign languages...

You have the option to copy all of the lyrics to the clipboard. It's in the tools menu. Once there, you should be able to paste it anywhere you want. One thing to watch out for is lyrics in multiple voices are problematic (I think only voice 1 copies).

No timecodes associated with each syllabe, to much work to produce subtitles... but thanks a lot!

Perhaps starting from the Ultrastar Exporter plugin can point you in a doable direction. It still doesn't contain timecodes, but midi-ticks and I doubt it handles more than a single verse correctly.
