[Bug report] Arpeggio speed for tied chords

Arpeggios play fine unless the arpeggiated chord is tied to a chord in the next measure, which causes the arpeggio to play at I believe double the speed. This has been in multiple versions of the software (I believe I first observed it in the original 2.1 release).
