Download unsuccessful
I'm trying to download the latest version 3.1 on a Windows 7 64-bit machine. The download seems to have worked but when the application launches, it tells me I'm missing a dll needed to run the program. I've uninstall and reinstalled to no avail. I even tried to repair the program in install programs. The dll missing is api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll. Anyone know what I can do?

Not the download is unssuccessful, nit the install, it is the start of MuseScxore. And an ofter reported issue: you need to install a package from Microsoft for MSVC runtime.
