Musescore pro cancellation

I know this probably doesn't belong here but, since I forgot to cancel my subscription, every time I attempt to use musescore it always prompt me to update the billing info, when I just want to cancel tbe subscription. I can't go to settings yo change it either, cause the prompt is there too. I would just like this to cease, so I can go delete my older scores and get back to my old routine. Thank you for your time.

Alternatively, do fill out billing information (be it correct or not) so the prompt will be gone, then go on with cancelling your subscription.

Is the normal account free, it is the pro account you get charged for? I got a 30 day free trial but couldn't find the music I wanted so I deleted my account thinking it would cancel my subscription. So now I can't get into the account to cancel. What do I do? I don't want to be charged, especially since I couldn't even find my wanted music.
