Why did I get charged $49 when I was not even subscribed as a pro member?
I made sure my account was not incurring charge a while ago.
However, a couple days ago I was surprised with the notification that they received $49 from me.
I was, and still am in basic mode.
What is going on?
I did address this issue to them immediately but never heard the real response from them yet.
Should I cancel the account altogether?
