Adding Sounds to Drum Set additions?
So, I am working on writing an Indoor Percussion show with custom instrumentation. I am using the instrument just labeled as "Percussion" as the Rack part, and I want to add an automobile brake drum to it. I have used the edit drumset feature to add it as a note, but is there anyway to add a custom sound to it?

If the soundfont you are using includes this sound as part of the drumset, then you just need to find out its MIDI pitch and use that when editing the drumset definition.

how can you do this? i have multiple soundfont packs installed, how can i look at the 'pitch' of each one?

That's something you'd have to take up with the designers of the soundfonts in question.
