Custom measure design

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to style measures. The soprano line in the attachment will make it more clear (note that the single line starts after the first count in the measure).
Would this be implementable as a custom design for a measure?

I have put some more information on the #musescore-dev channel about this as well.
