Refund??

Any word on if anyone’s ever gotten a successful refund from a Musescore glitch? I cancelled my subscription AND deleted my account when I was done with the free trial, so I can’t even click on my receipt of sale since it tries to bring me to my account that doesn’t exist anymore. I have contacted support but no word yet. Anyone else experience this glitch and have you got your refund? Thanks so much, I greatly need that money back from this unauthorized sale. Please help!!
