Musescore 3 Will Not Open.
When I open musescore 3, the blue window pops up, doesn't move, and then give me the "not responding" error message. I have tried re-installing with the latest version, and with the latest stable version. I have also tried restarting my computer, and none of it worked. Every other program on my computer is working except this.

Try double clicking a score to start MuseScore. If it runs, the open Edit->Preferences and remove the check from "Show start center" and it should work.

Try running it from the command line with the -F command. See https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/revert-factory-settings#Via_command… for instructions on doing this for your computer.
