I can't see the whole pallet/mixer etc

For some reason, since moving to MuseScore 3, I cannot get the whole of a pallet or mixer (style or anything) on my screen. What am I doing wrong? If I cannot see the mixer (lower parts) then I cannot use it and it makes the programme worthless. Help please!
