Multimeasure Rests
I toggled the multimeasure option on and everything is fine but this one section where I have 15 measures of rest. The system is breaking it into two sections of 7 with one measure in the middle. I'm confused as to why its doing this as I have a section in the beginning of 24 measure rests and it did that one fine. Im not sure what to do to fix this, I've tried going into the style option but nothing seems to work.

You've done something to break the multi-measure rest and it's impossible to tell what without seeing the score.
Check if that measure has the "break multimeasure rest" property.
Otherwise attach your score, a picture is useless here

Even though you made the tenor drums invisible, they still break multi-measure rests. If you want to view only a part use File->parts from the menu to create parts. You are also using an old version that's probably leading to the corruptions. You should upgrade to 3.2 which was released yesterday.

Could it be caused by the hidden instruments you have there somehow? The middle one just starts around that measure.
Also note that 3.2 reports your score as having corruptions around the 9-plets you have.
