No Access to Airplay - Mac OS Mojave on New Mac mini
Impossible to play my MuseScore on Airplay ? E/S does not show Airplay speakers.

Not sure what E/S is, but did you look at Edit / Preferences / I/O? Try selecting the speakers, and/or pressing the Restart Audio and MIDI Devices button, and/or restarting MuseScore.
I suppose "E/S" is the Spanish translation for "I/O".
Sounds to me like an issue tracker entry some years ago: #198086: [Mac] No sound via Bluetooth or Airplay, but not sure if it's solved or if there's an actual issue tracker entry.
