Importing

I recently imported a PDF file to musescore which was for an Eb instrument (Alto Sax). However, when it is imported it thinks it is in concert pitch, and when adding more parts and naming that part, it transposes it, thinking it is in concert, but it is already in Eb. Does anyone know how to change the instrument, without affecting the part? Thanks
