English instruments' names in presets and italian in 'instruments' tab
How can I change names of them in the score so I can have for example: Trumpet 2 and Trumpet 3 to Trumpet 2, 3 and Corno in F to Horn in F? Is there a way to change names of the instruments in 'Instruments' tab from italian to english? Screenshot to show that I mean.

Right-click into the staff, Staff properties..., there change long and short name
The names in the Instruments dialog follow your language settings (in the Polish translation for example you'd get Italian names, as that is what the translatores decided to do there), so if you want them in a different language, switch to that prior to create a score or adding instruments to an existing one
