Version 3.3-beta not starting

I tried opening 3.3 beta with 3.2.3 running and nothing happened.
I closed 3.2.3 and double clicked the icon and immediately got a crash.
I ran it from the command line with -R and I got the setup screens (keyboard, language...), was told I was ready to go and got a crash.
I finally ran it using the -F option and of course lost all of my customizations in version 3.2.3. Now I'm forced to redo all of my palettes. Of course I'm not surprised since I couldn't run 3.2.3 & 3.3 at the same time.

I've discovered that if version 3.2.3 has custom palette selected, then 3.3 won't start, you must switch 3.2.3 to advanced workspace (I'm guessing Basic will work also).
