Cancellation/Refund

So, unfortunately, I used my Musescore trial to download one set of sheet music, and then I haven't used it since. I thought I had already cancelled it, but apparently with my wedding coming up I've forgotten. I also really can't afford the cost of this service that I'm not even going to use right now. I've tried contacting the customer support line several times, but I keep getting the same canned response.
