How to delete lyrics.
How can delete lyrics from a marked row of measures?
I know how to mark a group of measures for copying or erasure, but here I just want to remove the lyrics, and leave the notes.

Mark the measures. Carefully click right on one of the lyrics, getting a menu saying "Lyrics" at top. Choose Select > "all similar elements in range selection". Press "delete". Undo if it went wrong.
