Windows 10 shortcuts to open MuseScore_3_BETA_(3.3.0.8205) crash the beta upon opening.

Pin to taskbar shortcuts (and other shortcuts I create) to MuseScore_3_BETA_(3.3.0.8205) do not work, crashes MuseScore upon opening it.

This same MuseScore_3_BETA_(3.3.0.8205) opens fine when clicking on this though:
"C:\Program Files\MuseScore 3.3 Beta\bin\MuseScore3.exe"

Windows 10 troubleshooter popped up asking if program ran okay or not, I selected to use troubleshoot option...Windows 10 recommended run in compatibility mode with Windows 8, I said okay, now the shortcuts start up MuseScore fine...interesting
