Saving musescore files as mp3

I am an australian music teacher and our senior students are requires to submit their compositions for the Education department final exam as mp 3s
One of my students says she needs to use a different software to do this???
Surely you can save musescore files as mp3
Please help

But notice that the instructions Jojo Schmitz gave say "export", because you are just exporting the mechanical sound generated. The full score information is something different, being a real composition, and you need to save the Musescore file if you value the composition. (Please tell us you are not saying that something claiming to be a music department assesses compositions by listening to mechanical renderings of them.)
