arm app image out of date

Any chance we could get the 3.x in the app image for arm... the one on the downloads page is still 2.something. I'm using 3 on all my computers except my pi so it would be nice to have it in sync... Thanks.

Me too :-)
The 2.3.2 is running very good on my Rasperry pi, but one of the problems is that musescore files made for 3.x can not play on 2.x

If you’re running Debian, buster-backports has the latest¹ musescore3 package (and stretch-backports-sloppy has it, although with plugin functionality disabled). Debian packages are available for 32-bit and 64-bit ARM.

Raspbian bullseye has musescore3, but that’s not a stable distribution.

According to “the internet” you can use Debian backports on Raspbian, so add deb http://deb.debian.org/debian buster-backports main (or deb http://deb.debian.org/debian stretch-backports-sloppy main if you’re on Raspbian stretch) to your /etc/apt/sources.list, run sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get install musescore3. Please report success or failure here (I might be able to help in case of failure, if I get enough information).
