Exporting MIDI Issues

Hello,
I am an organist and i've just downloaded the program Hauptwerk ( i'm using the free version only). I just get board of the plain organ sound in musescore, so i decide to upload midi from MuseScore into hauptwerk, but when i do, It only plays on the pedal staff and not the other manuals. I don't know if this is a musescore bug or a hauptwerk bug, but im hoping to find some help on this issue; i don't know if other people are running into this.

I just want to listen to my organ music on hauptwerk, is that so hard?
