Instrument list doubled?
When I view the list of available sounds via the mixer, I see the standard MIDI patches, which is exactly what I would expect. However, if I scroll to the bottom of the list, past "Gun Shot", the entire list is repeated, with a (1) after each entry. This bracketed notation is common Windows parlance for duplicated items, which leads me to wonder whether MS is loading my entire sound font twice. (Thereby demanding double the resources?) I have added/re-ordered/removed other sound fonts in the past, but I don't think I've ever messed with MS General.
Is this an issue, or simply just a duplication of the listing?
Unfortunately I cannot include a screen shot, as neither the MS or Windows screen tools seem to like dialogue windows. I'll include a brief score, but I think the issue is related to my particular installation, rather than the scores themselves.
I am using MS 3.2.3, with the MuseScore_General_HQ as default sound font.
Let me know if there is any more info I should provide.

Did you remove the default (non-HQ) soundfont? If both are listed in View / Syntheszier, then that is why - you are seeing the top soundfont's sounds first, then the next soundfont's, etc.

No, I did not, so that makes perfect sense. I just never noticed that notation in the mixer before. I suppose if I had more sound fonts currently loaded, the indication would be (2), (3), etc.
Thanks, Marc.
