musescore app

Hello I used to be able to send my score from my win10 laptop to my iPhone and my iPad.
I write a lot of scores with figured bass notation. Since I moved to musescore 3 ( or is it a coincidence) my iPhone shows only questions tags where my flats and sharps should be.
it used to work before and I don't understand how to choose a police in musescore which would work on my iPhone and ipads. Do you have any suggestion ? thank you
