MS does not respond to changing the font of number at RH corner of cover page.
I keep running into this problem and cannot seem to solve it.
I select the object, change the test style but no matter what i do it does not change. Even loading a saved style with the appropriate font does not work.

Works for me. What specifically are you trying to change? I (single)-clicked the text, used the drop-down menu for font to change from MuseJazz (which is the notation font, not the right choice here) to MuseJazz Text (presumably what you meant) and it changed as I expected.
