Repeats not working properly when uploading scores online

So whenever I upload a score that has a repeat in it, online playback skips it, as if they weren't there. I'm not sure if this has to do with custom audio scores (checking the "upload score audio" box before hitting "save online"). I also looked under "measure properties" to make sure that the repeat was enabled, and it was.

When you hit play, you'll see that the audio skips straight past the repeat barline, yet the sheet music follows the repeat properly. Not exactly sure what's causing this...

Maybe when doing the Save online with custom audio you had Play Repeats (that :| Icon in the toolbar) switched off, so the generated audio had it off too?
