What does this mean (when I try to upload my score)? It uploaded ok from the site, but not from the application.

Not sure about specifics , but I already reported this to the folks responsible for musescore.com stuff, apparently the problem is on the server side and will supposedly be fixed before release of 3.3.
It happens, as far as I can tell, any time you try to update an existing score that has tags applied.
