Automatically select and highlight "Part title" name when generate "New Part".

Automatically select and highlight "Part title" name when generate "New Part". That way I would be able to just type the new name rather than how it is now, where I have to select the box and replace the generated name.

A small improvement in work flow but I sure would like to see it as I often generate a new part.
