no i haven't tried it. i hadn't considered it since i just installed the program a few days ago. should i try it?

Sometimes a new install will bring odd settings with it that causes problems and a factory rest may fix this.

Upon reverting to factory settings, in the setup process, i am given the option for advanced workplace. If i choose it in this dialog box the program accepts it and i can work with it. The minute i try to manipulate the workplace settings under the view menu , it crashes. For now i live with it, but i would like to , for example , create my own workplace setting which for now i can't do. Thanks for your help, if you have further ideas , i'd certainly appreciate it!
