Transposing on a mid-staff instrument change
I am writing a keyboard part with a bari sax voice, but when I change the instrument to bari sax, it transposes to Eb when I would like it to stay in concert pitch. I can't figure out a way to change this, is it possible?

Change the 'Patch' (instrument sound) in the Mixer. Leave the score as is.

The easiest way to create a mixer channel for the bari sax is to insert an instrument change, but don't change instruments. You can then change the Patch as Jm6stringer suggested. When you return to the piano put in another instrument change and the patch should default back to piano. Note that in version 3, when you insert an instrument change, the arrow in the top left corner of the volume field turns black. Click this to see the added mixer channels.
