Empty Palette
I have recently updated Musescore, but the palette appears empty. When I insert new palette, nothing appears. What should I do?

It looks like your graphics card driver isn't OpenGL2.1 (or up) compatible, which is required for the new palettes (since 3.3) to show up.
You can try the suggestion here (https://musescore.org/en/3.3#comment-956392) to run on the ANGLE or software renderer instead.
