Just drag a treble clef from the pallet onto the score over the bass clef. The treble clef will replace the bass clef and the notes will be shown with many ledger lines according to their current pitch. If you want them in a different octave select the notes and CTRL+up arrow to get them into the octave you want. If you want them transposed to a different key, the use [Tools]/[Transpose] from the menu bar.
