Save certain ideas for later

I just thought of a neat idea that might make things a little more organized while making music. I was thinking maybe, just maybe, if you have some sick beat for the drums, but you think it's too early to use it, maybe you could pop up a window that has a staff, and you could just place your idea in that window for a better time. Then another idea for this feature, it would have two different save options, it has "Save for score" and "Save globally". I don't know if that would be as useful, but in my opinion I think it would be cool. Just a thought that I had in mind because I always catch myself putting the notes just further into the music so I can have it for later, but then once I get to the part and it's still not a good time to use the section, I have to move it more into the music because it gets in the way. Just a way to keep things organized.

What I've done in the past is put the idea later in the score with the key and time signature starting the idea so earlier changes don't mess it up (obviously this was not for a drum but the same idea). When my current music got too close to my idea, I pressed ctrl+insert and inserted more measures until I got to the point I was ready to use it. I then deleted any extra measures in between using ctrl+delete.
