Transferring scores/editing permissions between accounts

I created a score before I had an account because I didn’t know how to create one. I created the score on my dads laptop but I want to be able to transfer it to my account that I created so I can edit it from there and view it from the laptop that I am going to be using. So I was wondering how to do that if it is possible
