How to insert Frame Text but in an specific point in the score?

Hello, how does one do that? I attached my score and basically I need the frame text where below the percussion. I got it by dragging it but I'd preffer if I move the Frame box/text below.

If you want a frame at the end of the score that looks like the one after the piano, use the menu Add->Frame->Append horizontal text frame and it will be added to the end.
