How to remove sub-tabs from a score?

I suppose I could probably find this in the manual, but if you don't mind saving me a bit of time...

I sometimes acquire scores from other people, that have separate parts prepared as sub-pages, for lack of a better term. I have need of only one part, and would like to delete the other sub-pages or sub-tabs, but how do I do it?
