sending Musescore files by email
I no longer can send my files to an email address which I have used many times in the past. I get a "malware detected" error signal. That same email address, when sending to me, gives me an "unsupported file" error message. Previous to the last update we were easily able to exchange files. There are no other problems on either computer.

Instead of e-mailing "Clave.mscz" try sending "Clave.zip".
The person receiving the e-mail can restore the .mscz file extension to open the file in MuseScore.
Nothing changed in MuseScore regarding how files are stored, but it's possible an update your mail program has a bug that incorrectly identifies these files as problematic.

I was able to transfer files with the other person using gmail. So I think you were correct and I will contact my regular email provider about the problem. Many, many thanks.
