Questions: Tie note to Box 2 and add lyric of two words into one note

Hi Everyone, I need some help for 2 questions.

Question 1: Can note tie to box 2? Currently bar 8 'C' note is tie to box 1, can it tie to box 2 as well? (Circle in red)
Question 2: Can lyric of two words be add into one note? Or need to add in as text? (Circle in blue)
