Playback area greyed out. No sound when note input.

I think I tried every solution ever suggested here but no... still does not work.
I can't see mixer or synthesizer, I have a soundfont,
I tried headphones, bluetooth headphones, usb speakers...
I reset all the settings,
I tried older versions, nightly versions,
I tried NVRAM (PRAM) and SMC reset,
But when I do the factory reset, I get these messages:

I am using MacOS, the latest version, Catalina (10.15.2)

So, Has anyone ever solved this issue? I don't know how to make MuseScore see my audio driver. Because otherwise I can play sounds on my laptop. I am really frustrated at this point and I really don't want to switch to another software.
