Playback of Musescore via laptop headphone jack

I have the latest Musescore version. All of a sudden, Musescore songs will not play back through the headphone jack -They will only play back through the laptop speakers even if headphones or any other item that I use is connected. All my other sound apps, iTunes, Onlinesheetmusic Musicnotes etc automatically playback though the headphone jack as soon as headphones or speaker inputs is/are connected. This is how Musescore used to be but suddenly it has stopped.

Can you help please.
