Is it possible to paste without removing the system text?
Is it possible to paste without removing the system text (or staff text) that's in the measure I'm pasting into?
I have a measure containing system text and I want the system text to remain in the measure while pasting copied material into that measure.

That helps with not copying the system text from the source area, but not with loosing an existing one at the target area I believe?

I didn't know this existed. It works when I uncheck "Other Text"! Thanks!
I'm having the same issue with MuseScore 4.2.0.
I have text - lyrics - above an empty staff. I have changed the text style to System, Rehearsal Mark, Lyric Odd/Even Line, etc. and whenever I paste notes into the staff, the text disappears.
Pasting the notes first, and then adding the text after is not an option I'd like to take. Would just like to paste notes into a staff without the text going away.
