Musescore play button to playback what i wrote is grayed out
Hi. For some reason (this is the first and only time this problem has occurred) play button is grayed out in all my scores, meaning I can't hear my own songs. It also doesn't play a sound when I write a note, which is usually not the case. Can anyone please help me? I tried reverting to factory settings, but it hasn't helped.

I also have the same problem. Still waiting for a solution. I tried everything except formatting my mac. I am going to do that soon. I'd be glad if you tell me if you somehow figure it out.
