Refund
Hi! I signed up for the Musescore free trial about a month ago. I completely forgot about it until today. I was charged $49 for musescore pro even though I canceled it. I thought by canceling I would get a refund or something saying I would get a refund but that was not the case. I was wondering who I contact about this.

We don't sell things or trials here or take or return money. You want musescore.com, which does. You can email support@musescore.com and/or post at https://musescore.com/groups/improving-musescore-com , but be advised that there have been no signs of life on the latter for a week, and someone writing to the former has not received a response in 2 weeks.
