How does MuseScore handle concert pitch?

Hi All,
I have decided to dip my toe into orchestral composition. I want to export my work as midi so that I can use it in Ableton Live with my Orchestral Plugins from Native instruments.
The issue I am concerned about is how do I deal with transposing instruments in MuseScore so that I will get correct line up for my midi when I apply this to my Native Instruments orchestra.
