How to make Musescore icon visible in Linux Crostini in my Chromebook?

• Jan 6, 2020 - 09:20

I managed to install Musescore on the beta Linux Crostini option in my Chromebook through https://musescore.org/en/node/296868
Unfortunately, I didn't find the Musescore icon and so I can open MuseScore only through the Linux Terminal.
How can I make the MuseScore icon visible?

Thanks for your kind information Jojo. That solved my problem.

On your suggestion, I did have a look at the instruction and the video again (at a 1/4 of the speed, which for me made all the difference), and now I understand that running and installing are two different things. Before, instead of installing it by typing 'install' after the run command, I just run it. As a newby to Linux I thought that, as it wanted to run, I must have installed it... Now, I know better. :)

So, everything is fine now. Thank you so much.
